Overnight Express - Milk Stout
A nod to an incident where a young Thomas Edison whom was employed with the Grand Trunk Railroad out of our building fell asleep on the job and had 2 trains narrowly collide. Dark like the night, smokey from the steam and screeching brakes. This stout packs a nice chocolate, espresso, plum and raisin character with added lactose to sweeten it up like the sweet ending to the trains not coming into contact with each other.
This beer is a huge hit within the brewing community and those who aren’t afraid of a little dark malt and flavour!
