OUR Story

Brewing Up history since 2021

A Local Legacy, Brewed to Perfection

Broken Rail Brewing isn’t just a brewery; it’s a piece of St. Marys history. Once a bustling railway station, this historic building has been lovingly restored by local couple Ryan and Erin Leaman. Their passion for craft beer and community has transformed this space into a vibrant gathering place.

We’re dedicated to crafting exceptional beers, from classic styles to innovative brews. Our skilled brewer experiments with flavors and techniques to bring you a diverse and ever-evolving selection. Whether you’re a seasoned beer connoisseur or a newcomer to the craft beer scene, you’ll find something to delight your palate.

Come experience the warmth of our taproom, where friendly faces and great conversation flow as freely as our beer. Join us in raising a glass to the past, present, and future of St. Marys.

Situated in the iconic St. Marys Junction Railway Station, a small station built for the Grand Trunk Railway back in 1858.

Broken Rail Brewing was established with the goal to keep this historic station and story alive - and why not make some damn good beer while we are at it!

The skilled craftsmanship is evident throughout the station which is exactly the foundation of our brews and we can't wait to share them with you.
